Subscription Terms
How billing works
You are charged once per month, in advance, and receive one delivery every week. Plans are priced on four weekly deliveries. You are never charged separately for each weekly drop.
Five-week months
Some months have five delivery days. When that happens, the fifth delivery is included free. Your monthly price does not change in five-week months.
Delivery fee
One $2.95 delivery fee per month covers every plan going to your address, not each weekly delivery. It is free when your plans total $250 or more a month.
Skip, change size and cancel
Email us by the end of the day two days before your route day (the same cutoff as new orders) and we'll skip that week. Your plan runs one week longer and your next payment moves a week later, so you still get every delivery you paid for. Need a different size? Email us and the new size starts with your next monthly payment. You can cancel any time. No fees and no contract.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancelling stops your next monthly charge. Plans are paid in advance, so deliveries continue through the end of the month you already paid for, and partial months are not refunded. Feeders that arrive dead are still covered by our Live Feeder Guarantee.
