Delivery Policy
Local delivery only
Copper State Feeders delivers to Gilbert, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley and Florence. We do not ship outside these areas, and customer pickup is not available. Mesa, East Mesa, Apache Junction, Chandler and Tempe are coming soon — join the interest list on our Contact page and we'll email you when delivery starts.
Route days
Orders are grouped into scheduled routes by area: Gilbert and Queen Creek on Wednesdays; San Tan Valley and Florence on Thursdays. We confirm your delivery day by email after checkout.
Delivery fee
A flat $2.95 delivery fee applies once per order, however many items or plans are in it. On a weekly plan the fee is charged once per month — not per weekly drop. Delivery is free on orders of $250 or more, including plans that total $250 or more a month.
Cancelling a one-time order
You can cancel a one-time order for a full refund if you email us by noon the day before your delivery. After that the order can't be cancelled or returned, because these are live feeders. Feeders that arrive dead are still covered by our Live Feeder Guarantee.
If you are not home
We prefer to hand your order to a person. If no one is home, we leave it in a shaded spot near your door. On days with a forecast high over 90°F, bring it inside within 1 hour — that is also the window for sending us a photo under our Live Feeder Guarantee. Let us know your preferred drop spot when we confirm your route day.
