How Delivery Works
Order cutoff
Monday night for Wednesday, Tuesday night for Thursday delivery. Later orders go on the next week's route.
Delivery fee
A flat $2.95 per order, however much is in it. Free on orders of $250 or more. On a plan it's charged once a month, not every week.
Drop-off
We prefer to hand your order to a person. If no one's home we leave it in a shaded spot near your door — on days over 90°F, bring it inside within an hour.
Local only
We deliver ourselves, so your feeders never sit in a warehouse or bake on a truck. No shipping and no customer pickup.
