You are charged once per month, in advance, and receive one delivery every week. Plans are priced on four weekly deliveries — you are never charged separately for each drop. Some months have five delivery days; when that happens, the fifth delivery is free.

Every tub is pulled and counted the morning of your route day. Nothing sits in a warehouse or bakes on a truck.

Our live feeder guarantee covers it. Send us a photo and we'll get you a replacement within 24 hours, or a credit on your next order if you'd rather — your choice. Photos need to reach us within 24 hours of delivery, or within 1 hour on days with a forecast high over 90°F, so bring your feeders inside right away on hot days.

Yes. Email us by the end of the day two days before your route day (the same cutoff as new orders) and we'll skip that week. Your plan runs one week longer and your next payment moves a week later, so you still get every delivery you paid for. Need a different size? Email us and the new size starts with your next monthly payment. You can cancel any time. No fees and no contract.

Not yet. We are local delivery only across Gilbert, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley and Florence, with Mesa, East Mesa, Apache Junction, Chandler and Tempe coming soon. Customer pickup is not available.

Dubia plans come in a reusable ventilated tub. We drop a fresh one and take the empty back on each route day, then sanitize and rebuild it at our facility. Chicken Protein Boxes come in a cardboard take-out box that you keep.

One flat $2.95 delivery fee per order, however many items or plans you have — it all goes to the same address. On a weekly plan it is charged once for the whole month, not for each weekly drop. Delivery is free on orders of $250 or more, including plans that total $250 or more a month.
